Notifications
Notifications enhance communications within your entire organization. Employees and management can respond to critical and every day issues in real time. Time sensitive information is disseminated via system messages, email and text messages. Notifications are an essential tool in keeping your whole organization involved and functioning optimally.
	Hundreds of Notifications PlanIt prides itself on the number of notifications available. Nearly every action in the system can notify you either by internal message or email. For time sensitive notifications, we offer a text message option.
	Internal Messages Each employee at your organization will have access to a personal internal messaging system which functions similar to email. All notifications are available to be delivered to this message box.
	Email If an employee has an email address, notifications may be sent directly to their email address. All notifications are available to be delivered to an email address.
	Text Messages If an employee has a cell phone that is able to receive text messages, notifications may be sent directly to their cell phone. Only select notifications that are higher priority or time sensitive are sent by text message.
	Notification Settings Each employee has the option to determine, which notifications he/she receives and how they receive the notification. An administrator may override these settings on an organizational level.
	Notification Administration Administrators can establish which notifications will be turned off, turned on, optional, and how employees will receive them. This ensures that each employee receives notifications as determined by your organization's policy.
